Living Clean & Loving Life

Greetings from our world! We are two girls giving our all to live passionate, juicy, mindful lives. Our friendship began in the food world – as food writers who kept running into each other at various events in Houston, TX.

While we’ve always loved delicious cuisine, a couple of years ago we became much more thoughtful about what we were eating and where it comes from, along with consideration of the chemicals in our lives overall.

We still insist upon delicious, but now we want it clean – organic as often as possible, non-gmo, grass-fed/pastured proteins, nothing processed, etc. Erin is hard-core gluten-free (as in, she went to Paris recently for two weeks and still ate gluten-free). At this point, we both eat paleo the majority of the time.

Our commitment to clean has extended itself to other aspects of life – beauty products, furnishings, cleaning, travel, healthcare/self-care and beyond. We insist upon an ultra-satisfying sensualist existence for our time on this planet. We’re having so much fun and learning so much, we felt the need to share via this blog.

Places we go, people we know, and resources we utilize will be featured here for you to become Wholesome Hedonists right alongside us. It’s a work in progress but here’s what we know for sure: once you go there, we promise you wouldn’t have it any other way.
